  • Shipping Timeframe: Delivery with Lagos takes 3-5 working days ( except Badagry, Ota, Ojo and Agbara). Delivery outside Lagos takes 8-10 working days

  • Shipping Methods: Your orders are delivered through our trusted dispatcher or agents.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates vary based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
  • Shipping Address: Ensure accurate shipping information when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect shipping addresses.
  • Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged, contact our customer service team within 48 hours. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement.

  • Payment Options: We do not accept Visa or Mastercard. Only direct bank transfer will be accepted.
  • Payment Security: Payments are processed through secure gateways like Paystack and your direct bank for transfers.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped only after full payment confirmation.
  • Sales Tax: Sales tax is applied based on the shipping address provided.
  • Currency: Prices are listed in Naira. For international orders, your bank or credit card issuer may charge a currency conversion fee.

We currently do not accept returns for nutraceutical products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately for a replacement at no additional cost.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

At Nutrify, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring the cancellation of an order. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

  • Cancellation Conditions
    • Before Shipment: You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Please contact us immediately via email or phone to initiate the cancellation process.
    • After Shipment: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Cancellation Fees
    • Before Shipment: Orders cancelled before shipment will not incur any cancellation fees.
    • After Shipment: No cancellations are accepted after shipment.
  • Refund Process
    • Before Shipment: If the cancellation is requested before shipment, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
    • After Shipment: No cancellations are accepted after shipment.

Delivery within Lagos takes 3-5 days (excluding Otta, Ojo, Agbara, and Badagry).
Delivery outside Lagos takes 8-10 working days.
