When exactly do I get paid?
Commissions from completed orders in a given calendar month are transferred to your bank account by the 10th of the following month. You will receive an email notification when payment is sent.
Is there a minimum payout amount?
Yes — ₦20,000. If your monthly earnings are below this, they carry forward automatically to the following month. Nothing is lost.
Do I earn commission on sale or discounted products?
No. Commission is only earned on full-price products. Products currently on sale or promotion — including Joint Ease and all 50+ range products — are excluded from commission calculations.
How does the 30-day cookie work?
When someone clicks your link, a 30-day tracking cookie is saved in their browser. If they purchase any time within that window — even days later — the sale is attributed to you.
Do I need a website or prior experience?
No. Most affiliates share via WhatsApp broadcast lists, Instagram stories, and TikTok. No website, no technical skills, and no marketing background are required.
What if a customer returns their order?
If a customer returns an order and receives a full refund within Nutrify's return window, the commission for that order is not included in your payout. Partial refunds are reviewed individually.
Can I buy through my own affiliate link?
No. Self-referral purchases are prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. The programme is for referring genuine external customers only.
How do I track my clicks and earnings?
Once approved, you get access to your personal Affiliate Portal showing link clicks, referred orders, commission balance, and payout history — all updated in real time.
What are the rules on how I can promote?
You may not make unverified medical claims about Nutrify products, send unsolicited messages, or misrepresent prices or terms. All promotion must be honest. Full guidelines are in the Terms & Conditions.
How long does it take to get approved?
Applications are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. Once approved, you will receive an email with your login details and a link to your personal Affiliate Portal where your unique link and code will be waiting. If you have not heard back after 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us on WhatsApp at +234 906-203-6555.
I didn't receive my login code — what should I do?
When you log into your Affiliate Portal, a one-time password (OTP) is sent to your registered email address. If you do not see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder — it sometimes lands there. If it is still not there, reply to your approval email or reach us on WhatsApp at +234 906-203-6555 and we will resolve it promptly.
