Nutrify at the 56th Nutrition Society of Nigeria (NSN) Annual Scientific Conference

We participated actively at the 56th Annual Scientific Conference and General Meeting of the Nutrition Society of Nigeria (NSN), held from September 14–17, 2026 at the Citadel Events Hall in Ikeja, Lagos. The four-day event brought together over 1,500 nutritionists, dietitians, food scientists, policymakers, researchers and industry stakeholders, and our presence reinforced our role as a wellness partner committed to redefining health in Nigeria.

Day One: Workshop, Registration and Opening Ceremony

The conference opened with a pre-conference workshop and registration, setting the stage for robust discussions on the theme "Delivering Better Nutrition for All: Connecting the Dots Across Life Cycle, Systems, and Sectors." We joined other exhibitors in showcasing wellness solutions and engaging participants on how nutrition and lifestyle choices can be integrated into everyday routines.

The official opening ceremony featured dignitaries including His Highness Muhammad Sanusi II, the Emir of Kano, and representatives of the Federal Government, underscoring the national importance of nutrition in public health and development.

Days Two and Three: Plenaries, Symposia and Technical Sessions

These days were packed with plenary sessions, symposia and technical presentations. Topics ranged from maternal and infant nutrition, adolescent health and precision nutrition to innovations in clinical practice and the role of the private sector in tackling malnutrition.

We contributed by highlighting the importance of accessible wellness products and by engaging directly with professionals and attendees at our exhibition stand. Visitors learned more about our range and asked questions. Day Four: Annual General Meeting and Closing Sessions

By day four, the conference culminated in the Annual General Meeting, closing sessions and recognition of outstanding contributions in the field. Our involvement throughout the four days was not limited to product display. It was about building relationships, sharing knowledge and reinforcing the message that wellness is a shared responsibility across communities, industries and government.

Why the NSN Conference Mattered to Us

For us, being part of the NSN conference was a chance to align with Nigeria's leading nutrition professionals, contribute to conversations on improving food systems and show how wellness products can complement broader nutrition strategies. The experience reaffirmed our mission to make wellness accessible, enjoyable and impactful, while supporting the national agenda of better nutrition for all.

We also take part in healthcare events across Nigeria. Read about our time at the ACPN 2026 conference, or browse more Nutrify events.
